I will be 5 weeks and 5 days when I go in for my surgical termination.
Will they be able to do it. Safely and completely? It is a reputable clinic.

Thank you, I'm just nervous they will send me home and make me wait 2 weeks. That would be dreadful.

Five weeks and five days is a very young pregnancy and will be very easy to perform safely.
All depends on the experience of the doc and the medical setting.
Some doctors indeed think it better to wait until you are 7 or eight weeks.
The the suctioncurettage is even easier for them.
If it is a reputable clinic, no worry.
You'll be fine.
