Navigating Unexpected Pregnancy After Prior Abortion: Support & Options

I am currently pregnant, 4 weeks, I have just found out I am pregnant. I was taking the contraceptive pill so a bit of a shock. My history, I had an abortion approximately 2 years ago, this was not by my choice and took alot of time and grieving to get over. I then split with my partner because I never fully forgave him. February this year I got pregnant by a silly mistake, the father not ideal and the situation would have ruined many lives. Due to my previous experience I held off having abortion till 14 weeks. I went on the contraceptive pill after the procedure. Now I am pregnant again. I am asking and concerned what damage will it do to me if i have an another abortion? Will it stop me having children? Can I physically and mentally go through it again?!
 Please help and advise needed.

Dear T,

I would not recommend that you have another abortion. I personally feel that abortion and multiple abortions can perhaps cause infertility and/or other problems in the future. I have counseled hundreds of women after abortion and find that most suffer emotional, psychological, spiritual and/or physical problems from abortion.
