Im at 4weeks of conception when i used misoprostol in the vagina.i had mild cramping for 2 hours and then i bled slightly.its a brown blood.i passed tissue and a blood clot about an 2 inch twice. And now my spotting continues for 2 weeks now. My question is my abortion failed?

Hi dear Jill,
after 4 weeks the embryo is still very small and can pass in a bloodclot without you noticing it.
So I think the interruption went well.
After three weeks the pregnancy test is negative again.
So do such a test three weeks after the days of the cramps and the passing of the tissue.
