Persistent Bleeding After Abortion: Possible Retained Tissue?

I had a abortion on August 26th at 8 weeks. Since then I have not stopped spotting at all. Last thursday I went to the bathroom and blood was draining out of me. It was dripping down my leg and there was blood clots. It only happend for about 15 minutes then went back to spotting. The spotting has been brown and red ever since the abortion. After the incident the incident on thursday the spotting is a bit less but still there. could this be retained tissue?
