Nail Strengtheners: Do They Really Work & How to Use Them Effectively

Do nail hardners REALLY work, or are they gimmicks. I can't keep nails for nothing because they are too quick to break!

Nail strenghtners really work but their application should be renewed every other day (without removing the previous aplication). And once a week the old laywers should be removed and a new one applied.
But the best thing to keep your nails strong is to avoid water. Wear gloves when doing the dishes and other houseworks that envolve water. This is the best advice i can give you. Also use cuticle oil at least once a day and i'm sure you'll notice results!
