Questionhi i do acrylic nails and just wanted to know when you put the false tip on and blend it into the natural nail do you have to do the same if you using a white tip or not.
Answerhi sarah
white tips donot need to be blended in. it is sometimes necessary to shape the smile line a little deeper, and you must remove the shine with a buffing block.
please dont get into the habit of using white tips instead of sculpting the white with powder, as white tips only look good on clients with longer nail beds.
the look where the white is as long or worse still longer than the pink is very old fashioned and not at all flattereing to the hand.
they are good however if someone only wants a quick set for a short period of time.
good luck
