QuestionHello,
My friend bought all the stuff to do acrylic nails recently, so she said she would do my nails. They looked really good afterwards, but within the next 2 days each nail got a slight yellow tinge to it, so i decided to take them off! all i had to do was put slight pressure and the nail would snap off!! She had her nails done professionally and they had but considerably more acrylic on, could this be why my nails went yellow and breakable?

Hi.I would venture to say possibly or the wrong ratio and or improperly cleaned brush.
If she used the wrong ration of powder to monomer this could cause this. If she did not clean the brush correctly this can make this happen too.
