QuestionWhat is the difference between a french-tipped manicure, acrylics and a full-set? I was calling various nail salons and I was quoted different prices for the three. I just don't know the difference!
AnswerBri,
A manicure is natural nails only! A french manicure is when you paint your nails french and again its for a natural nail.
A full set of Acrylics is when you are getting a brand new full set of acrylic nails.
Once you have your full set, you will need to get them filled. A Fill then is just the maintaining of your Acrylics. This Fill should be done once every two weeks. Its because your nails grow out so you have to fill in the grown out nail with new acrylic to keep them looking good!
So Yes A full set will always cost you more, and A fill should lost less.
For example I charge 50$ for a Full-set, and $30 for a fill. And all salons and people will vary on their prices.
