Hi Amber,

I am looking into American nail polish manufacturers and wondering if you know of any that cater to smaller clientele and / or manufacture nail polish for more than one brand?

I am looking at launching a smaller, less toxic line and would love to hear any recommendations you might have about manufacturers and chemists.  You seem quite knowledgeable!
