QuestionDo you know of any cosmetics line, preferably sold in a drug store, that makes a black nail polish with red flecks? I saw this in a magizine with a web site to order it, but I refuse to spend $18 on nail polish!! Thanks!!

I'm sorry, but I am not familiar with all lines of nail polish; whether professional brand or pharmaceutical brand.
My best advise is to keep looking for it and if you can't find it, then resort to purchasing the 18$ polish.
Again my apologies, but there are simply too many colors and brands that exist for me to know even half of them.
