South Carolina Nail Tech License Exam: Preparation & Resources

Hi Pamela,
I don't know if you can help me but I just move to S.C. and I have to take the exam for the State my license as a Nail Tech is from Florida and I went to school 8 years ago,do you have any idea about this test??? What can I do?????Thank you......

Hello Carolina! Of course Theory and it's components are at the heart of the exam.  Contact the S.C. Board of Cosmetology and acquire their Handbook.  They should also be able to provide you with the scope of their testing requirements.  I'm sure you have checked on the reciprocity between the two states, if not,do check.  Sometimes states accept the training from other states and all you would have to do is apply and pay for a license in the new state.  Hope this helps, good luck!!
