i don't know what to do .. i have cellulite
and i just cant look at me.. what can i do to get rid of it?

Hi Anne,

Unfortunately, there is no "quick fix" for cellulite. To get rid of cellulite (or any body fat), you need to do two things: 1) Eat a healthy, well balanced diet, and 2) Be as physically active as possible.

To fine tune your diet, go to www.dietitians.ca, www.eatright.org, and/or www.thedietchannel.com for reliable advice on healthy eating.

If there is no medical reason that you can't exercise, make sure to get at least 30 minutes, 4 times per week of physical activity, and gradually work up to 45-60 minutes 5-6 times per week.
