Understanding and Reducing Cellulite Without Weight Loss

Question
I hope you can help me! I am definitely not overweight, in fact I am probably underweight for my age and height. I am 27 and I weigh 112. I have been exercising and eating a healthy diet for quite some time, ever since I went through an unhealthy phase, and started to notice cellulite on my stomach. Its not horrible or anything, and most people tell me they dont see it, but I do, and I want to get rid of it!I dont want to lose weight though. I recently started to do HIIT because I read that its the best way to lose fat.I have also recently been incorporating more weight training into my routine, because I know muscle also helps burn fat. I have noticed that the area is getting smaller, but I still see cellulite! Will it eventually go away? I hope so, because I will feel like all this effort will be for nothing. Please help if you can! Thank you!

Answer
Hello Lisa,

Thank you for your nutrition question.  Since you are younger the cellulite has a good chance of going away because your skin cells are still able to repair themselves.  In addition the best thing I would recommend for cellulite is a supplement called Juice Plus which can be purchased from my website http://www.juiceblend.com  The reason I recommend it is because it contains the nutrients from 17 fruits and vegetables which are important for healthy skin repair.  Why not give it a try for 4 months and see the results?   Let me know if you have more questions.
