Understanding and Reducing Cellulite Without Weight Loss
QuestionI hope you can help me! I am definitely not overweight, in fact I am probably underweight for my age and height. I am 27 and I weigh 112. I have been exercising and eating a healthy diet for quite some time, ever since I went through an unhealthy phase, and started to notice cellulite on my stomach. Its not horrible or anything, and most people tell me they dont see it, but I do, and I want to get rid of it!I dont want to lose weight though. I recently started to do HIIT because I read that its the best way to lose fat.I have also recently been incorporating more weight training into my routine, because I know muscle also helps burn fat. I have noticed that the area is getting smaller, but I still see cellulite! Will it eventually go away? I hope so, because I will feel like all this effort will be for nothing. Please help if you can! Thank you!

Thank you for your nutrition question. Since you are younger the cellulite has a good chance of going away because your skin cells are still able to repair themselves.
