I have flabby thighs and a flabby stomach.  Can you reccomend me some exercises to get rid of the fat?

Answer
hip abductors and hip adductors, leg curls and extensions for the thighs.

Crunches with legs bent at different levels for the abs.

This all needs to be combined with a low-fat diet and cardio exercise program, otherwise you will just build up muscle underneath fat.
