Sustainable Weight Loss Motivation: Beyond Willpower

I have tried to loss weight on multiple occasions and do loose about 1 lb. per week...I need immediate rewards I cannot simply wait 2 months to drop a size I need another form of motivation. I already tried saying every 10LBS I loose I will get ______...but its not working.Is there a sort of motivation that you would suggest so that I actually stick to loosing weight?
