Wire Wrapping Mother of Pearl Pendant: Simple Techniques for Flat Design

I recently purchased a mother of pearl pendant.  It is square with the main hole in one corner (making it a diamond shape).  At the bottom (the corner opposite the main hole), there are 5 smaller holes that I would like to add some turquoise chips/Swarovski crystals to.  I do not want to dangle the turquoise and crystals, but want them to lay flat against the pendant.  Any simple techniques for possibly wire wrapping the turquoise to the MOP pendant?  I have not done any wire wrapping before.

This can be achieved easily using a good clear glue.
In fact most swarovski is attached using glue.
The best would be a urethane type glue, but it takes a very long time to dry.
You could easily achieve this using epoxy, which you can away the excess with Methylated spirit.
