Well, to start you must have some knowledge about gold, silver and diamonds. I am sure there is some kind of Jewelry School in the area where you reside.
If you want to be a gold retailer you need a good chunk of money to invest in your project more so now that all precious metals are high, please let me know what your plans are and when do you think you want to start.
