Questionwhats a good diet/workout to lose a little belly fat. i dont have much fat, but i wrestle and want 2 stay in shape. i want to eat a regular meal so i want a diet thats lets me eat some. i very athletic but want to lose a little. thanks
AnswerScot, if you are a wrestler then you have to eat clean foods like chicken, tuna, lean beef, fish, salad, vegetables, whole fruit, low fat dairy, whole grain breads, and healthy fats like those found in salad oils. Space them out to 5 small meals and keep working out. You will build and tone your muscles while losing your fat. Your wrestling coach should be able to help you out with a written plan.
