QuestionIs a 10 K yellow gold ring with a geniune heart shaped citrine carat stone in the middle, and 4 cubic zirconia gems worth over $100.00? I got it at J.C. Penney's Department store.
Thanks for your answer, in advance. :) I found this website from Yahoo Search. :)
AnswerNancy, I do appreciate the question but really cannot suggest a value to a piece of jewelry I have not seen. Generally, about $100 is the minimum you might pay for such a ring. Still this depends on the weight and heft of the ring. This will also depend a bit on the size and color of the citrine stone.
In general,I would say the ring is worth $100 and perhaps more but without seeing the very ring and having it in my hand, there is really not a way to make a call.
Have you purchased the ring? Was the ring given as a gift? Are you considering buying the ring? If you have the ring, I suggest you keep it and be happy with the price paid. The store you mentioned often has prices marked up and "on sale" but the sale prices from what I have seen are reasonably fair to the actual value of the items.
Thanks again for the question. Sorry I can't help more.
