QUESTION: Do you have a recommendation to Jewelry Cad software?  Does the software take a shape and spec it out?  If so, does it then take those spec and cut the shape with a mill machine?

Hello,

First you need to learn to operate the software.  Then you
can make 3D renderings of rings etc.  Complete with measurements.  Then a milling machine can cut out a wax of the ring ready for casting.  I have a jeweler friend who uses these tools everyday.  I can check with him to see what he is using for the software.  My son is also trained in these programs he may be doing this on a contract basis for a jeweler here in town.
