Identifying a 750 Gold Necklace with 'Star 360 AR' Stamp - Expert Appraisal

I have a necklace and the best way to describe it is caged diamonds between gold choker. The gold part is like a braid and marked 750. On the other side it has a stamp of a star and the reads 360 ar. All I know about it was it was purchased in Ravello Italy. The diamond (or what I hope are diamonds) a in a silver colored mesh and inside the mesh are loose diamonds. Just wondered about the stamp and if you recognize the designer?

THIS AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL PIECE. THE "750" IS THE STAMP FOR 18K GOLD. THE STAR AND THE '360 ar' ARE MORE THAN LIKELY THE MANUFACTURERS STAMP. I'M SORRY I AM NOT FARMILIAR WITH THIS LOGO BUT IT IS A EUROPEAN MADE PIECE. TRY LOOKING UP THE SYMBOLS AT THE LIBRARY OR ON LINE. GOOD LUCK.
