Pink Diamonds: Real or Simulated? Understanding 9ct Gold Rings

i am looking at pink diamonds on the advert it says Hallmarked 9ct gold 10 pink diamond claw set with a total weight of 0.04ct 22 white diamond claw set with a total weight of 0.10ct Band Design rhodium plated diamonds presented in a gift box box does this mean they are real pink diamonds or coloured

These are pink diamonds but extremely small 10 diamonds equal 0.04 cts these diamonds are less than 0.005 cts
The gold is rose in color to make the diamonds appear more pink in color.  The diamonds in this ring are really really really tiny!  Are you in England because most of the world doesn't sell 9 karat gold.?
