QuestionI have an emerald ring, about 1.5ct, which has quite a bit of inclusions. Three of those inclusions reach the surface. Is there anything I can do about them? Thanks.
AnswerSorry I cannot really help you on this other than to say try to find a stonecutter that cuts emeralds and ask them or at least a gemologist...
Since emeralds have the potential of being so expensive I would recommend that you always keep it in sight... It would be very unlikely but it could be switched on you...
Also you may try calling the GIA in Carlsbad California they are renowned gemologist school..
And may be able to tell you of one in your area..
