Ruby Appraisal Hong Kong: Find Trusted Gem Experts

Hi Peter,

I have in my possession a rough stone that I believe is a ruby. I would like to find a trustworthy expert here in Hong Kong who will be able to help me define its exact composition and if possible its value.

I found some experts on the internet who claim being able to do such job, however I cannot find any reviews or recommandations that would point me toward one or another.

If you have any knowledge on the possibility to find a professional in Hong Kong to help me, please advise.

Hi Tamatoa,

I believe there is a GIA branch in Hong Kong that could ID your stone for you. As for an Appraiser I am the best appraiser in the area and I do many appraisals in HK. I would be glad to discuss costs and terms just email me at plumetta@aol.com and we can talk. There are others but it is my neighborhood. It is a good idea to have GIA give a cert on the stone first, I require them on all my appraisals. Thanks
