I have a ring with 14k HOELIND or NOELIND stamped inside. It has 4 clear stones set at an angle.

Stamps after purity marks generally indicate the designer or jewelry maker that made the actual ring. If you purchased the ring and it was made for you that would be my best guess, if you purchased it from a jeweler as an estate or antique piece I would venture to say it is someone's name or initials.
