Understanding Gold Ring Markings: What Does 'FR' Mean?

Hi Arthur,
 I have a 10K yellow gold Claddagh ring with a total of 11 small diamonds. In the inside it is stamped "FR 10K" then has a heart & diamond shapes stamped also. Can you tell me anything about these marks? Is the "FR" a makers mark? Thank you very much, Carla

The 10K stands for 10K gold and the "FR" may refer to either the jeweler who made the ring or a manufactures hall mark.
Unfortunately I'm not fammilliar with this hall mark and I regret thats all I can tell you.
