QuestionI am getting married in December and my aunt called a nearby hotel and reserved a block of rooms for wedding guests. She sent out an e-mail to close family members telling them the details. I would like to put something in the invitation letting everyone know about the accommodations that have been reserved. I'm not sure how to word that...other that hotel address, phone number and the nightly rate. I can't even find samples online or any place to order these cards...any advice would be great!
Thanks, Laurie
AnswerHi Laurie,
Your printer should have examples of insert cards that will match your invitations. If the hotels are quite a distance or difficult to find, a map card would also be a welcome addition.
A sample insert card would read as such:
Accomodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the following hotels. Please mention that you are part of the Smith/Jones party when making the reservation to receive the discounted rate.
Hilton Hotel
2100 Main Street
Anywhere, USA
$89.00 per night, reserve by October 20th
The Dewdrop Inn
2500 Main Street
Anywhere, USA
119.00 per night, reserve by October 18th
Best of Luck!
