Florida River Weather for Outdoor Weddings (October-November)

Question
I am planning a wedding between October and November 2009. I would like to have it at my soon-to-be in laws home on the St. Johns River in Jacksonville, FL at 2:00 P.M. I would like to know if the weather is usually suitable for an outdoor event during these months and what is the best weekend? I am mostly worried about the wind as the cooler nights usually get rid of the bugs by then.

I am a professional wedding event planner in NY and I have provided the average weather conditions on St. Johns River in Jacksonville FL from 1871 - Present.

Also keep in mind that outdoor tents are very trendy and modern and used more often as a back up plan for bad weather.
