PCOS Symptoms, Irregular Periods & Natural Alternatives | Expert Advice

I am 26 now,i had regular periods till 23yrs from then its irregular until i take medicin my periods(from past 3yr using medicines) are not normal and I work 24*7.Now i feel im very weak and cant effort to take tablets when im working and im scared to get married becoz of this reason.IS there any other alternative to regular my periods without medicines.Any other suggestions on PCOD for me plzzzzzzzz..THANKS IN ADVANCE
