what could be the reasons of delayed or irregular periods other then pcos,endometriosis,cysts,

Hello Again,

Anything that affects the function of the ovaries can lead to delayed or irregular cycles.  The ovulation cycle starts in the brain in an area called the hypothalamus, which then stimulates the pituitary, which in turn stimulates the ovaries.  Anything that disrupts this sequence of events will prevent ovulation.  Endometriosis does not affect the ovarian cycle.  It is a pelvic lining disease.  In terms of what can affect each of these structures, the list is too long for me to recite here.
