Pregnancy Risk After Condom Breakage During Period Spotting

my fiancee and i were have intercourse, and just as he ejaculated the condom broke.  during the time i was still spotting from my period.  Can i get pregnant from this accident?    please respond immediately.

Whether you could become pregnant depends on how close to the FIRST DAY of your period that you had sex. In a woman with a 28 day cycle (from the first day of her period until the first day of the next period) ovulati0on occurs on cycle day #14. You can become pregnant if you have sex on cycle day #13, 14, 15, or 16 (whether you are still spotting or not). Those of the only days of the cycle on which you can conceive,unless you have a longer or shorter cycle than 28 days.
