Quitting Smoking Safely During Pregnancy: Smoke Away & Alternatives

I'm 23, first pregnancy.
I am due on Nov. 2nd and I am going to quit smoking. I've tried and couldn't quit cold turkey and was wondering about the product Smoke Away, do you know if it affects the pregnancy at all?

I have not heard of the product "Smoke Away", but if it contains any nicotine, it should not be used during pregnancy. We usually advise cold turkey during pregnancy for the safety of the fetus and of the mother during the pregnancy. I know it is quite difficult to do, but you can go cold turkey, even if it appears unbearable.
