Arranged Marriage & Health Concerns: Considerations for a 60-Year-Old Father

i am a 30 yr old married man from india ,I am a father of a 2 year old kid. Now my question pertains to my dad. My dad is 60 yrs old and has been single for the last 15 years , I am his only kid. As you know in India we have a system of arranged marriages. My dad has now decided to get remarried. we have got a girl who is now 22-23Recently she met my wife and she expressed a desire that she will like to have kids with my dad. But we are all unsure if a 60 year old man healthy in all respects can father a kid. actually our doubt stems from the fact that women above the age of 40-45 is not advised to have kids
(1)is there any such limitations for men also? if so what are they?
(2) do you advise any special tests for this sort of pregnancy for my dad before they go for kids?
(3)any special precautions or risks ?

Men, as opposed to women, can produce sperm until they die. Picasso fathered a child ad the age of 80. There have been many men who have had children late in life. The only limiting factor is the woman. If she is producing eggs and ovulates each month, she can conceive and carry a pregnancy to term. Good Luck to your father and to the entire family.
