Understanding Hemorrhoids: Symptoms, Causes & When to See a Doctor
QuestionI get external hemmoroids because I get the slight discomfort and bulging caused by them.
I think I may have internal hemmoroids too because I'm experiencing rectal bleeding, but I dont even feel any discomfort. Why is that?
AnswerIf the hemorrhoids are not bulging or interfering with your bowel movements, you may not feel any discomfort. I would suggest that you have a gynecological exam with a rectal exam to see the extent of the hemorrhoids and to see if they can be treated with Proctofoam HC or left alone. If you have rectal bleeding, hydrocortozone may help.
