Early Miscarriage & Alternative Options During Pregnancy

Question
Hi,

I was just curious, me and a friend were talking and we just wanted to know if you can have a miscarriage at being only 1 or 2 months of pregnancy and aslo, when you are pregnant and it is bad for your health to be pregnant, and you don't want to have an abortion becuase you don't believe in it and you don't want to give it up for adoption, can you somehow transfer it to another women so that she can have your baby for you?

I told my friend that I don't think that is possible. But she thinks that it is.

Thanks.

Answer
Hello Kate.
You  and your friend have lots of time on your hands.  LOL  I appreciate your creative thinking.
Generally 1 or 2 months pregnant is when miscarriages happen.  In fact if you are more than 3 months along it is called a still born or early delivery, no longer a miscarriage.
A sperm from a man and an egg from a woman can be gathered and implanted into another woman to create a serogate mother.
BUT, once a pregnacy has been started in a woman it can not be transfered to another woman.
So you are right on this one.
Hope your questions have been answered and I hope you keep on using those minds.
