Answer
Hello Kate- so I am assuming you conceived on March 7- is that correct? If you were my mdiwifery client, I would be urging you to see a chiroptactor NOW and continue throughout your pregnancy.I would also urge you to seek out the care of a midwife who will help you to obtain and maintain the optimum health possible. Your dr will know next to nothing about nutrition. You might enjoy a site called BirthLove as well as two books by Nancy Wainer Cohen- THE expert in VBACs and section prevention- the titles are Open Season and The Silent Knife. Hope that helps- Cheri.
