Answer
Were you having bleeding during the pregnancy? A Kleihauer-Betke test is used to test for fetsl blood cells in the mother's blood, which can indicate some  transplacental hemorrhage. Certtainly, your obstetrician will deliver you when it is necessary. If the NSTs are reactive, and the baby is moving at least 10 times in 10 hours, you can wait until maturity of the baby, unless something pushes the doctor to deliver the baby earlier. Since I don't know the details of your case, you should discuss it with your doctor.
