QuestionI am 25 years old.This is my first pregnancy.My first menstural day was sep 5th.I am in my 37th week of my pregnancy..I have gestational diabetes and i am in control now and the baby is growing normally..Two weeks before my practioner took a scan and said the head was down near my cervix..and last two days back she again took a scan and said she can find only my baby's legs crossed down and the head is in my right side of the uterus...will my baby turn?what kind of breech position is this..i want to know the details of this as i am scared of c-section...please help me ..!

It does not matter whether it is a footling breach (which it sounds like from your description), a frank breech (with the knees up near the face) or a complete breech (with the feet up near the face). Don't be afraid of C section. It reduces the risk of damage to the baby.
