Faint Positive Pregnancy Test: What Does It Mean?

hi I took a pregnancy test today and it had two lines for a positive but one line was hardly visible and only faintly visible in the right light and I know I had a one day period last week and then the rest of the week it was brown spotting of old blood.  I took a pregnancy test last week and it said negative it was a day after the one day period.  Then tonight I took another one because I have been feeling sick every day.  So now I don't know becayse there was the two lines but one was extremly faint and hardly visible but under the light was there HELP>?

Normally if it showed even the slightest signs of two lines then it is safe to say you are pregnant.  Ofcourse it depends on the brand of test and other aspect also. Sometimes a test can be defective but it is very rare.  My suggestion would be to get another test, a different brand even.  Or you could go to your doctor and have a urine or blood test done through them then you would know for sure because their Pregnancy Test are much more accurate than the HPT's.
