I believe I conceived on one of these days.
21, 23, 24 or 25. I did take clomid in Sept and Oct 50 mg I went for an hcg test wed and it was 97 went back on friday and it was 90. Does this mean that I will misscarry for sure or do I still have a chance with hcg rising? I have had a miss in 99, so I am really scared. Please help!

AnswerIf your last period started on October 6, and you took Clomid on cycle day #5,6,7,8, and 9, you probably conceived between October 19-24. If you did become pregnant on one of those days, a pregnancy test should start doubling in HCG values after November 2-9. Although your values seem to be dropping, this does not mean that you will misscarry "for sure". If you are not having any bleeding, repeat two Beta HCG tests (48 hours apart) next week. If the value is still dropping, it does not look promising. However, if the value starts doubling, it indicates a viable pregnancy. There is no other way to know unless you start to have heavy bleeding and cramps. Good Luck.
