Regarding Your Spotting and Vaginal Bleeding - Clarification Needed

I just received a response from you concerning my spotting and "brown dried up blood."  You had responded by saying that "I have already answered this question for you once before".  This is the first time that I have ever asked you a question, I did email you again because I had left something out but that was it.  I don't know if you just don't want to answer and that's your way of giving an answer.

I'm sorry if the web site mislead you. I did get your second E mail with the additional information, but since I had answered the first E mail and there was nothing to add, I pressed a button that said "use for duplicate questions". The site must have a standard format that says "I have already answered this question for you once before". I meant them to just let you know that I had nothing to add to my response. I only get questions one at a time and do not have a record of them. If you would like to ask the entire question once more, I will be glad to respond with a more extensive answer.
