Hi Doctor,
My name is scott and 32 years old. My wife's age is 29. We have been trying to have a kid for the last 5 months. We are also following the Ovulation calendar . But so far we didnot see any result. Here I would like to discuss one thing with you. Every time after the sex , i can see the sperm coming out of her virginal. Is It common thing to everybody. or All the sperm should go inside to get the pregnancy. We were not able to ask this question anybody. This was the first time I am having sex without condom for the last 5 months. after the Sex as soon I took out my pennies from her, i can see the sperm coming out of her.

Please help me...How we can success in this...we are eagerly waiting to have the kid

Answer
You do not see sperm coming out of the vagina. You see semen coming out of the vagina. When you ejaculate into the vagina, semen travels to the cervix where the cervical mucus filters out the sperm. The sperm then travels through the uterus and up both tubes to a waiting ovum. The rest of the semen (where the sperm were) drips out of the vagina (without the sperm). This occurs to everyone who has sex. If she has a regular 28 day cycle (from the first day of her period until the first day of her next period) ovulation usually occurs on cycle day #14. She can conceive if you have sex on cycle day #13, 14, 15, or 16 each month. You can further pinpoint the exact day of ovualtion using the ovulation calendar. Just keep trying on those days and you should conceive soon.
