QuestionI am 5 months pregnant and have noticed some soreness under my arms (armpit) but under my left arm there is also a lump, do you think it could be something serious?

Answer I can not tell you what it is. It is likely just hormonal, possibly an infected milk duct. You should bring it up to your Dr.
I had something like this without the lump, it just felt odd, turned out to be fine. I hope yours does also.
