QuestionMy name is B.Preeti.I am 23 years old.I am not yet married.When I was in intermediate,I used to stay in a hostel.I used to suffer from heavy bleeding.Then one of my friends told me to use tampons.But they are not available in our hostel stores.Then my friend suggested me to use cloth insted of tampons.I mean she told me to insert rolled cloth instead of tampons.In the beginning though i used to get lot of pain,forceable i used to insert.The same thing I have done for more than 5 years.Now,my veginal opening became large.
If i get marry,Will I get any problems ?Will my husband get doubt on me?Are there any exercises which will make it small?If so please tell me.
While i urinate i always do contraction frequently.Does this help me ?In my future,Will I get any problems at the time of union( I mean sex)?please help me!I beg you please.
AnswerI doubt that your use of cloth as tampons caused any permanent damge to the opening of your vagina. Certainly, if you have doubts, you should make an appointment with a gynecologist and have the area evaluated. You can try Kegel's exercises which will strengthen the muscles of your vagina, but I doubt that you caused any damage. It should not interfere with sexual relations.
