in our county there was a girl that was seven months pregnant, i assume it was her first child, she had the baby and the placenta and everything came out in the toilet, the baby ended up dying, but she went to the hospital and she threw up coffee beans,  can you advise me of what probably happened, this has been bothering me for quite sometime, i am a mother of a healthy almost 3 year old boy and i guess my motherly bond has taken a toll and i was just hoping that you could help me understand it a little bit better,

At times there have been woman who deliver their baby in the toilet. This can also be followed by delivery (in the toilet) of the placenta and accompanying blood. I don't know what you mean by coffee beans. Often vomitus is comprised of substances that resemble coffee beans but are not, in actually, coffee beans. They may merely be particulate matter in the vomit and the vomit may be due to a viral syndrome or some gastroenteritis. Many babies tht deliver in the toilet do not die.You would have to be more specific about the facts of the case before I could comment on what traspired.
