AnswerIt is impossible to predict when you will return to normal or how long it will take for you to become pregnant after the removal of the implanon. However, since the pregnancy tests are a measure of HCG values, if the tests are negative, you are definitely not pregnant. If you think you have conceived, take two blood tests ror pregnancy (Beta HCG) 48 hours apart. If there is a doubling of the results ini 48 hours, it indicates a viable pregnancy. If the value is less than 5, you are not pregnant. The tests will not be influenced by the fact that you have not had a period for nine months.
