QuestionHello Once Again..!
Let me first thankyou for your prompt reply.Thank You So much...!
Anyways getting back to my problem:-
1> You said : It is highly unlikely that HIV can survive hot water or a tub bath.
But What if the water was not "Hot" and was "cold" ?Can hiv survive in cold water ?Wat is my risk?
2> Well,I asked her last month dates and she said: It was from 12th to 16th of May.Actually it should have come on the 13th or the 14th as per calculations. We had sex on 6th June, and the 3 to 4 drops of blood started coming from 8th of June(Evening) to 12th of June.Every day 3 to 4 drops of blood. Not more, like how it comes during periods.Today on the 13th it has stopped bleeding. So exactly the blood came for 5 days,as in periods.
Wats happenig? Have her period dates changed? Is it pre-menstrual cycle?Do you think its normal or you suggest an pregnancy test ?
3> You also said: She can ONLY become pregnant if she has unprotected sex (or fools around) on cycle day #13, 14, 15, or 16. You did not mention when her last period started. However, just count from the first day of her last period and you can tell if you fooled around during her "fertile" time.
Now I did not understand by what you said about the "Fooling around" ?
What do you mean by that ?Plz explain in detail.
4> About condom use underwater: I believe hiv cannot travel alone,it needs a "Carrier",(Some kind of fluid) through which it can travel right?
So If I used two condoms, underwater, had intercourse, and after coming out of the tub water,on removing both condoms if I find No water droplets on my penis (The area covered by condoms),Should I feel safe ?
5> About the hiv test ? I believe its very difficult and embarassing to ask my girl friend to go for the test.It would spoil every thing. And the main problem is that even after taking the test one cant be 100% sure of safety.
Thats because you have to have a "Window" period of about 6 months gap, without sex for exact results right? If suppose some one has sex about a week before the test day,its "Not" gonna show up in the results right ? I dont understand what to do ? Even a test wont be 100 % full proof.Plz comment.

AnswerNowadays, it is important to know if your partner is a carrier of HIV or not. It is not embarrassing or awkward to ask for an HIV test if you have doubts as to your partner's carrier status. You are correct that a negative result will not give you 100% safety, but it will help and, if she does not have intercourse with anyone else, it is highly unlikely that she will contract HIV after she is found to be negative. I used the term "fooling around" to encompass any sexual activity, even if there was no intercourse involved, such as sharing a bathtub. I cannot tell you whether condoms impart protection within a bath, nor can I attest to the safety of two condoms versus one. A cold water bath probably does not destroy the virus, but I am not the one to ask. As I mdntioned before, her fertile days are cycle days #13, 14, 15, or 16. These are counted from the first day of her period (whenever that is). If her last period started on May 12, then she ovulated on May 25 and could ONLY have conceived on May 24,25,26, or 27. On June 6 it would have been too late to conceive this month. It does not matter when her period should have started, only when it did, indeed, start. The bleeding that she had on June 8-12 (cycle day 28) apparently was her next period, even though it was only spotting for 5 days. You can count June 8 as cycle day #1 in her present cycle. Therefore, she probably will ovulated on June 21 and her fertile days (when she can conceive) are June 20,21,22, or 23.
