but I don't reacive the answer of my question about presenting of pain at superior part of abdomin directly under the breasts which it present as burning like pain and some times cause dificulty in breething and it seems like puting heavy thing on this area

Often, a burning-like pain in the upper abdomen or chest is due to "heartburn" or gastric reflux. This can usually be alleviated with antacids such as Mylanta, Maalox, Digel, Tums, etc. Sometimes, in severe gastric reflux, you may need prescription medication such as Nexium. I would suggest that you consult your medical doctor.
