Birth Control & Breastfeeding: Understanding the Mini Pill After a Miscarriage

Question
Hi My name is west, my wife is 19 years old, just turned 19 in september.  alright she has a miscarriage a while back and lost a baby, very painful.  she recently had a baby though a female, named christina who is right now 11 weeks old, turning 12 next friday.  WEEKS NOT YEARS.  Alright the doctor put her on something called Camilla tablet brr, mini pill.  which is a method of birth control said to be compatible with breastfeeding.  we missed a pill a while back, and had sex that morning without realizing she had missed the pill.  before then she had 2 period in 1 month, and now she said she is having a strange feeling, she has minor bleeding, and heavy cramping sometimes probably side effects of the pill.  SHe has the following feeling described below, making me afraid if she could be pregnant or is this not the feeling accompanieying pregnancy.
"feeling is located in above the pelvic, she says it feels like it did when she was pregnant, but it's more like a swooshy, liquidy feeling, and like watery feeling inside, she said it's happened twice so far this week, and she can't really explain it, I need advice, do you think she is pregnant or do you think it's something else, thanks for the help I appreciate it, if you need more information I will provide what I can though I think I included everything, atleast everything I could think of thanks.

Answer
This could be a cyst/tumor.  She should really get it checked out to be on the safe side.  There is a possibility she is pregnant again.  Most birthcontrol takes about a month to get fully active in your system.  Since she just had a baby not long ago this could be her body getting back to normal also. I hope I helped and I am sorry I don't have any more information.  Good Luck
