Feminine Hygiene: Risks of Douching & Best Practices

Hi. I was wondering is it ok for women to use feminine products like Summer's Eve everyday, or should they be used less often?

We NEVER recommend the use of medicated douches such as Summer's Eve and other such preparations. They tend to kill of some of the "good" organisms tht reside in the vagina and can lead to neverending yeast infections or other infections. Just take a bath or a shower. Never introduce anything into your vagina, unless instructed by a gynecollgist.
